05 — AI Processing and Your Data

When you submit a job for quoting, your job description, uploaded documents, and profile data are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) for processing. Anthropic processes this data to generate the quote output. This data is not used by Anthropic to train their models — it is processed solely for the purpose of generating your quote response.

Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data about third parties — for example, documents containing personal details about individuals. Only upload commercial documents relevant to the job being quoted.

06 — Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database provider. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS and complies with SOC 2 Type II security standards. Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls tied to your account.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure API key management. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take data protection seriously and will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal data.
